Dr. Spencer Cromwell, DDS

Dr. Spencer Cromwell, originally from Orchard Park, NY, comes from a family with deep roots in healthcare. While many of his relatives chose careers in medicine, Dr. Cromwell became the first in his family to specialize in dentistry, paving his own path toward delivering exceptional dental care.

He began his academic journey at Ohio Wesleyan University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Biology while balancing his love for academics with his passion for lacrosse. Dr. Cromwell continued his education with a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University at Buffalo, and went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the NYU College of Dentistry in New York City.

Following his dental residency at Shatkin Dental Health, Dr. Cromwell developed a strong connection to the Buffalo community, inspiring him to build his career locally. He joined the Aesthetic Associates Centre, where he focuses on providing comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry with a commitment to patient comfort and personalized care.

Outside of the office, Dr. Cromwell enjoys spending time with his wife, Kellsie, and their dog, Stella. He is an avid golfer, a devoted Buffalo sports fan, and loves traveling to experience new places and cultures.
